Buy Gift Card

These terms apply to gift cards and service vouchers issued by Slick Auto Spa and govern purchase, redemption, and expiry rules.

1. Service Voucher Classification. This card is issued for spa services and is treated as a service voucher/certificate where permitted by applicable consumer law.
2. Expiry. Expiry is permitted for service-specific certificates and promotional vouchers. The expiry date for this purchase is disclosed at checkout and/or on confirmation records. After expiry, the voucher is not redeemable except where required by law.
3. Permitted Use. Redeemable only at Slick Auto Spa for eligible services or approved products. It is not redeemable for cash except where required by law.
4. Booking Policies Apply. Appointment booking, cancellation, no-show, and late-arrival policies apply to all redemptions. Applicable cancellation fees may be deducted from the voucher value where legally permitted.
5. Partial Redemptions. If the total service amount is less than voucher value, the remaining balance may be used later until expiry (if applicable). If total exceeds balance, remaining amount must be paid using another accepted payment method.
6. Lost or Stolen. Treat vouchers like cash. Lost, stolen, or unauthorized-use vouchers are not guaranteed to be replaced unless required by law.
7. Fraud and Abuse. Slick Auto Spa may refuse or suspend redemption in cases of suspected fraud, tampering, abuse, or unlawful activity.
8. Promotional Limits. Promotional vouchers may be non-transferable and may not be combined with other offers unless explicitly stated.
9. Changes to Terms. Terms may be updated from time to time. Any update will comply with mandatory consumer protection laws.
10. Governing Law. These terms are governed by applicable provincial and federal laws in Canada. If any term conflicts with mandatory law, that law prevails.
